I feel so much better after my massage. This was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, along with an amazing staff, this was the perfect end to my stressful week. Thank you! I recommend getting a massage here as often as possible!
My husband and I have been going here for a while now. We tried other massage places in Port Orange and we like Massage Sunshine Spa the best. I normally get 30 min chair and 30 min foot and my husband gets 1 hour deep tissue. We are both very pleased with our massages each time. They are consistently very good and the staff is very nice. The facility is very clean.
They required payment upfront, which I thought was strange but paid since the lady said tips were for afterwards. The massage was okay; not the kind you feel like a new person after. The lady used more generic pressure and palm strokes rather than targeted working out of muscles and skilled pressure. I don’t think she had much training. I have had much better massages from cheaper places in Orlando, Chicago, and Ft. Lauderdale. It was $80 for one hour. On the phone last week, I was told that one hour combo bookings included a foot soak. No foot soak was given. I did not voice this, which I suppose I should have. I did not know if they did it towards the end before the reflexology portion, until it never happened. During the massage, my masseuse left multiple times to speak to a male employee about scheduling. He even cracked the door to talk to her during my massage. I found this very unprofessional, not to mention uncomfortable, as I did not want a male present during my massage and had scheduled a female masseuse for that reason. The towels were barely warm. She was nice, but when I went to leave, she yelled, “Wait!! You forgot tip!!” Tips should be based on quality of service and customer satisfaction, not required. I told her I didn’t feel the massage was the best, it was okay but not great, and she questioned me on why. Eventually, she told me okay and have a good day. A customer should never be hunted down for a tip or extensively questioned on their reasoning. This establishment previously had hundreds of Google reviews, but seems to have deleted them and there are currently only three reviews before mine. I find that very sketchy. I see previous good reviews, but I would personally recommend others go elsewhere. $80 + mandatory tip is an expensive price for a mediocre massage that leaves you feeling no better than when you walked in.
Excellent Service. We are visiting from St. Louis & signed up for a Deep Tissue Couples Massage. We were welcomed into a beautiful room with a rose on each of our massage tables. The ambiance was perfect. Our masseuses were the best we’ve ever had. They paid special attention to areas we were tight. We left feeling loose & relaxed. Very pleased!
My wife and I went to Sunshine Spa in Port Orange for the first time and it won't be our last. The ladies, Eva & Jessica provided each of us a professional therapeutic Asian deep tissue massage. The spa itself is beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend Massage Sunshine Spa to anyone looking for a professional Oriental style therapeutic massage.
